Who we are?
We are a group of passionate Finnish filmmakers who have fallen in love with the works of H.P. Lovecraft. As fans of cosmic horror and the dark mysteries his stories weave, we’ve always been fascinated by the sense of dread that lingers long after the final page is turned. The deeper we immersed ourselves in Lovecraft's universe, the more we realized how challenging it is to bring his unique vision to life on screen. Despite the growing interest in Lovecraftian media, authentic adaptations that capture the true essence of his terror remain scarce.
That’s why we decided to take matters into our own hands. We felt it was time for a film that doesn’t shy away from the unfathomable horrors, the cosmic insignificance, and the lurking madness that define Lovecraft's work. It’s an ambitious project, but it’s one we believe needs to be told—a film that brings true Lovecraftian horror back into the spotlight.

What is the film about?
The film follows Jack, a man haunted by the past and driven by an obsession to uncover the truth behind a forgotten project. His journey begins in New City, a decaying coastal town that once thrived on promises of wealth and progress. But beneath the surface, the air is thick with unease, and whispers of vanished workers and strange occurrences follow Jack wherever he goes. The city's fading grandeur is a constant reminder that something darker lies beneath its polished facade.
Jack’s obsession leads him to a remote island and an abandoned lighthouse. But as he unearths fragments of a long-buried mystery through old journals and eerie events, Jack begins to realize that the island—and New City itself—hold secrets older than time.
What starts as a search for answers becomes a battle for survival as Jack finds himself drawn into the island’s cosmic horrors, forcing him to confront not only ancient forces but also the unsettling truths about New City’s dark past.
